I really love the photos that he took with the Lumia and the app on it. Really cool shots. And great review as well :) :)

Yep... The Lumia is probably the nicest WP.. I have a Samsung Focus S .. It's getting the Boot as soon as WP8 and the Nokia 920 hits AT&T here. They just support their phone better IMO. The App is sweet. I'm looking forward to updates to it. Well done on the App guys! Now... to get my hands on an Echo... :D

New review from HomeTechTell: http://www.technologytell.com/hometech/ ... emote-app/

Some quotes
"Instead of having to have a dedicated WMC remote control, and having to deal with setting up IR receivers and control on your HTPC, this $5 helper does all that, and a heck of a lot more."

"You can... even tune the channel it’s on to check your signal if you’re on antenna."

"Every single function of Media Center is at your fingertips... it just works."

"If you’ve wired up the house with Media Center Extenders... you can even use it to choose where you’re bouncing the signal to. Junior’s Disney DVD stop? You’ve got him covered with your secret stash of Sesame Street. Click, boom."

Noooo!
You don't have to have a Ceton tuner!

Yes and no. Whilst giving more awareness, it is reinforcing the misconception that you require a Ceton tuner for it to work.

Pretty nice review from Robert Heron from Tekzilla: http://www.heronfidelity.com/blog/2012/ ... anion.html

"It all just worked! Running the Companion app on iOS and Android- based handsets, I found myself using the Companion app to provide a quick glance at what my DVR recently recorded and what was scheduled to record later that day. Search proved an ideal way of quickly finding recorded content on the 2TB of storage I have dedicated to the DVR."
