Cannot change colors with Media Center Studio

I cannot seem to make changes to color in Media Center using MCS; specifically, I'm trying to change the color of fonts.

I've looked at other guides online, and I do seem to be changing the right colors; I then "save" my theme and click "apply" button. When I launch MC, nothing has changed.


I've made test themes where I changed every color available to red or black, applied that theme, and saw no changes.


Any ideas?
