Harmony 700 Can't Minimize Windows in WMC

I have my Harmony 700 w/ 7.7 software setup as SE. at my desktop I can minimize windows
Mainly the Western Digital external HDD software (smart ware)

haven't attempted a maximize yet.

Why can't I minimize a window w/in W7MC?

Not sure if it's a fix or not but media center has an option to remain on top, or something like that. I'm not currently in front of mine so I apologize, I can't remember exactly. Basically it keeps focus on media center while its open, I had issues with a generic remote before where it would open media center but the remote wouldn't respond after that because something else, or the remote itself, lost focus on media center. Basically if your not following what im saying, it would be like having two windows open, whatever one you actively click on would b the window in focus, the other would be behind it and not actively be controlled until you click on it to make it the window in focus.

Yes I have media center option to remain on top.

Still can't minamize WMC can only minamize from desktop.
