WMC shows "All Tuners are currently in use" message when I cleared scheduling, Ceton card all green ,firmware up to date. Rebooted computer and lost Ceton card again.

follow Ceton's instructions to create a trouble ticket.

That should be *everyone's* FIRST step before coming here.

^^ Not necessarily true. Problems can and do get solved on this forum without creating a ticket with a manufacturer.
It really depends on the specifics to the issue at hand. Posting here (or indeed searching for your issue here or the 'other' places) is the first step I would propose.
