Having bought a Geekom IT11 and discovered that the IRIS graphics are not compatible with WMC, I need to buy an AMD next time, but don't want to over spec it. I know these Firebats are very low power but will they be sufficient?

Is this powerful enough for WMC

It's worth noting that a recent report indicates that some "modern" AMD platforms may be affected too: viewtopic.php?t=14531.
Most machines built in the last 10 years have more than enough power to run WMC
Last year, I bought a bunch of Intel NUC 8/10 i3 to bring TV to rooms that didn't have antenna sockets (with WMC + Tvheadend + HDHRProxyIPTV) and they work like a charm: on paper, they have a less capable CPU than the machine you linked but it's more than enough and the power consumption is extremely reasonable: only 9/10W while watching HDTV.
(the cool thing with NUCs is that many of them natively support TV on/off via HDMI CEC in all power states: S3, S4 or S5, which isn't something you see in other platforms)

I was hoping that you would reply . At this price I can take the risk and use it as a door stop if it doesn't work with WMC. If any one else is considering one of these they need to reinstall the OS before doing anything else as it apparently comes loaded with malware via a modified OOBE modification.

Let us know how it goes!
Well yeah, these mini-PCs are sold at such low prices their manufacturers have to make money differently.
Reinstalling the OS is definitely a great idea but you can't exclude the BIOS/UEFI firmware wasn't tampered with. Putting this kind of machines on it own isolated VLAN might be a good idea... just in case
