- Used the built in GPU, no add-on card need
- Removed the internal DVD and had space for my 2 drives
- Installed a USB DVD-ROM
- Got a low profile bracket for my InfiniTV 4

Just a tip, but I rebuilt my Win7 media center using a Dell Optiplex 3010 Small Form Factor (SFF) and it's kinda perfect.
