WMC V13 download

You just need to be aware that V13 backdates system DLLs and may expose your PC to vulnerabilities, which is why I removed it from the public domain.

If anyone else needs a copy, send me a PM.

As you didn't specify which you were after, I've sent you a PM with links to download both 64 and 32 bit.

I have fixed a couple of issues that had crept into in the WMC V13 x86 installer and uploaded a new file to Dropbox.

If you recently downloaded the file and are having problems getting it to work, please let me know.

Why would you want V13?

If you can run 8.8.4, it would be better to upgrade to 8.9.1
