Schedule Fails to download

I am using windows 7 and I noticed the schedule stopped downloading.

If I go to the error file I see this:

Error using loadmxf.exe to import new guide information. Exit code: -1
error Failed to import .mxf. Exiting

Unfortunately I did not backup my windows and understand may have been a windows update??

What is the solution for Windows 7?
