EPG errors after upgrading

Hi,

I noticed that my EPG update did no longer work. Looked at the log file and saw error that my version is outdated and I need to upgrade.
So I did and updated to latest version.
However, EPG still doesn't update. Now I have error in log file that MXF file contains error.

Any tips on what I could do to get going again?

You will have to post the contents of the trace.log file (at least for the date of the last run) for anyone to help you, although many people are having issues with the Schedules Direct server at this time. Try updating during the day when the servers are less busy rather than in the early morning.

Yes, this just looks like the same problem most people are having with Schedules Direct (SD) (although you did not include the entire log for the earlier run, so cannot tell why the client import reported an ERROR, but it was not a severe enough error to prevent the MXF file from being created).

From the log, your update that was done during the day (around 6:36pm) succeeded without any issue, the one that was attempted at midnight the following day failed with errors trying to get data from the SD server.

Unfortunately this problem with the SD servers has been going on for over a week now, and it is not clear what is being done to resolve it. But one thing that can be done by the users is to move the EPG123 scheduled update to a time somewhere between 6am ET and midnight ET (preferably a time that does not coincide with when you are generally making any recordings). Most people who have their update occur during the midnight-6am ET window are having problems with download failures.
