Frustrated with MCEbuddy is there another program that will take my WMC recordings and convert them to MP4 and automatically upload them to my home server with NFO file and Title show/ Season / Episode ?
I use KODI to watch them

I don't use MCEBuddy to process my recorded (wtv) shows but I can/do use Kodi to view them. They look and play like they do in WMC without any processing (except for the addition of ServerWMC).

What functions are you missing from MCEBuddy that Kodi won't perform natively?

WTV files are huge and I don't delete after viewing.

My library is upto over 7000 movies and 80,000 TV episodes so MP4 really keeps the size down.

There are a few different tools out there that will convert files. I know ffmpeg will do it and I'm willing to bet that mce buddy uses that in the background. Video redo will also do it with VAP but video redo costs money

I don't mind paying I already paid for MCEbuddy $$ and Comskip MCEbuddy really has know support.

So VAP is automated ? Because I have plenty of programs that will convert WTV to MP4 but I must do them manually. Looking for a program that will convert and label it with Season/Episode including NFO and Poster

Do a forum search for video redo and VAP. Video redo is around a hundred bucks. VAP is kind of like a front end for video redo that can automate your conversions. VAP can also use comskip or video redos built in ad detective
