Trying to create a custom lineup

Not Implemented (dialog box)
This feature is not yet implemented. You can manually edit the custom lineup file "C:\ProgramData|GaRyan\epg123\customLineup.xml".
I've done that and can see the custom lineup in EPG123 Configuration v1.4.10.
But the channels are not selectable. I presume that also needs to be done manually but don't see anything in the sample custom lineup file that indicates how to do that.

Also the custom lineup doesn't show up in the in EPG123 Client Guide Tool v1.4.10 lineup services list.

For custom lineups, you first have to INCLUDE the lineup for download.

In order for the stations to be checked, you must have that station included in at least 1 of your subscribed lineups. The subscribed lineup doesn't need to be INCLUDED, nor does the station need to be selected in your subscribed lineups for download. You just need to be subscribed to a lineup that gives you access to the station you want in your custom lineup.

Ah. So it's customization of a subscribed line up.

Pretty much. The subscribed lineups give you access to the stations they contain. The custom lineup can, well, be specific to your needs with any channel numbers you want.

EDIT: I should point out that the custom lineup feeds off all subscribed lineups, not just 1. You could actually subscribe to a satellite lineup, cable lineup, OTA lineup, and an east/west coast lineup and you will pretty much cover a majority of all stations in the U.S. except for the local broadcasts.

The custom lineup doesn't fit what I was going for.
I was going for a couple channels that Schedule Direct does not have. Yes I notified them a month ago. Pinged them and they don't seem to be able to find the necessary info about the channels. Nevertheless they are active broadcasts.

I could subscribe them to the DUMMY lineup but I wanted to add their logo.

I managed to do it but it's pretty hacked.
1) modify epg123.mxf with the logos, services, and a custom lineup with channels.
2) manually import the modified epg123.mxf.

Counting on the custom lineup not getting updated when guide update runs.
Ran a Save & Execute and the logos are still there in WMC guide.
