New viewing or listening conflict - windows 8.1

Good morning everyone,

Apologies if this is the wrong place to put this, but I'm kinda at a lost.

First. Is Ceton technical support still up and running? I'm assuming Ceton is dead, is that correct?

Second. I just reinstalled windows 8.1 a few days ago (5-1-2020). Before reinstalling windows everything was working great! My WMC and xbox360s were working in tandem, everything was copacetic. I typically reinstall windows once every couple of years to keep things from bloating up.

After reinstalling windows, now it seems I cannot view channels as consistently as I once did. Regardless of how many channels I'm viewing/recording I'll get a "viewing or listening conflict" message randomly. Sometimes it lasts a few seconds, other times hours or days. I re-reinstalled windows thinking there may have been an error during the install. No go. Not sure if it is a bad cable card or CETON card. Anyone have any ideas?

I submitted a technical support ticket on Ceton's website, I'm not sure if they still exist, hence the first question.

Thank you,
d4wright
