That's not Remote Potato at all as far as I can see.
The original site is gone I think, but you can find a mirror in the Internet archive.

The copy on myfrem exposes live TV for streaming I believe. He built an android app to go with it, where you can cast WMC's live TV to something like a Chromecast but you have to pay for the unlocker. I have a copy of it but I never used it much, and moved away from WMC.
