No available tuners, Windows 7 Media Center
This problem started yesterday, April 19. Coincidentally I installed Norton 360 on April 15. I tried "set up TV signal" and "activate digital cable" without success. This happened on 2 media centers. The HD HomeRun TV app works fine on both computers, also the Spectrum app and Channels app work when using Apple TV (so they are able to access the tuners; I have 3 HDHomeRun 3 tuner devices). Any help is appreciated. I've tried internet searches, have not contacted Norton yet … but the problems seems to be limited to Windows Media Center.

Uninstall Norton 360; it breaks everything.

I'd prefer not to, was hoping for a solution / other options. I will try to call Norton. thanks for the response.

I think I solved this from Silicon Dust site.
• Norton 360: Open Norton 360, click Settings, then Firewall, then Traffic Rules, and uncheck Default Block UPnP Discovery
