Channel reminder

Hi all, my old tv provider had an option in their guide to set a reminder for an upcoming channel. So let's say it was 7:00pm and there was something else I wanted to watch at 8:00pm. I could set a reminder for that show and channel at 8:00pm and it would pop up on the tv telling me to change the channel. Any idea if that could be possible with WMC 7? That's about the only thing I miss. Thanks!

You actually watch shows while they are broadcast?

Seriously, I don't think that option exists in WMC. I just record everything that I plan to ever watch, so no need to be reminded to watch anything.
