"Keep up to"...series seetings not followed
EPG running on Win 7 for 2 weeks, The series settings "Keep up too" is not being followed

You're going to have to give us a bit more detail.
This may answer your question, but everything you have recorded prior to EPG123 does not count toward any series episode counts after you started using it.

OK that may be what's happening. Took a quick look at two series and neither one has reached the "keep up too" setting since EPG123 was installed.

That was the problem "Keep up to" is now working
