They dont work Ive had two of them now and have to pull battery out repeatedly. The keyboard and left mouse button just stop working during a usage session for no reason. Can be working fine one minute then just stops working. Logitech support in denial and no use, stay away.

Lol just had to pull battery out so I could type this reply. Its a real shame because the mini dinovo form factor is perfect, just they dont bloody work properly. Faulty defective product as far as I can see. Just sent a ranting email to their support fat use it will do.stonethecrows wrote:Logiplop can make good stuff, but also a lot of junk too. Never had a problem with mine. Range is nothing to write home about, but as far as everything else, fits the bill nicely.
Where is your source for them? Were they refurbs?

I had the same problem with mine. I either had to pull the battery or re-pair the keyboard with the dongle. It's been sitting in a box in the closet since last March.

Make sure you get the N5902.. Its backlit and much nicer than the older model you have pictured. I just got the N5902 and its been great. Plus it's MUCH Sexier! LOOK Below!! Mikinho steered me away from these as well a few months back. He went as far as sending me a private email telling me to avoid them (the Logitech) glad he did..Sorry you had so many issues with them. I thought they would be a good addition to the Harmony One I bought .. Glad I listened to Mikinho!cw-kid wrote:I hear good things about the Lenovo Mini wireless keyboard will be buying one of those soon.

That's half the fun, assassin, trying out different stuff. The Dinovo Mini is still a half decent PS3 keyboard, it's just the pits for a PC.
P.S. Your guides are great, and I send people to them when I'm asked about my setup and they seem to be genuinely interested in building their own system.

I love my Logitech diNovo. I have all my equipment in my basement with cat5e run to the tv areas. I then have $11 monoprice usb over cat5e extenders with one end connected to my HTPC and the other to a hidden compartment in my fireplace mantle. The diNovo receiver is then plugged into the usb connector in the mantle. I sit maybe 10-11' from the receiver and it always works flawlessly even thorugh 3/4" of wood. I've never had to pull the batteries.
Does the same problem happen with other PCs as well?
