Files not showing up in media libraries

I had an issue with my media libraries whereby only the folders were being shown but they are all empty. I just reinstalled Windows 7 because all of my tuners disappeared from WMC for some reason. The tuners are all working fine now but I still only show empty folders in my media libraries. I can see all of the files just fine on other WMC HTPCs in the house. It's just this one HTPC. The files are all located on a server that runs unRAID. I can see and play the files in Plex on my Shield and also in JRiver Media Center and Kodi. Is there something I'm missing here?
