Help with missing channel

#1

Post by leerph » Tue Nov 06, 2018 9:40 pm

So we got hit hard by the hurricane. Decided to set up media center with an Ota antenna and use epg123. I have it all set up and working except I am getting no guide info for 1 channel. I am at zip code 32446 and the channel is 7.2. It is a CW channel. Call sign is WJHGDT2. It shows up fine in epg123 along with all the other channels and it appears schedules direct has it in their line up correctly. Any idea why I can't get it to populate? I have done a clean set up and a manual import but neither worked. Thanks for any advise.

Are there any warnings in the trace.log file? If there is no data for that station, there will be a warning and a ticket should be opened with Schedules Direct.

I'll be able to check it out later tonight, but it will be a while.

Just checked your lineup... here is what the log says:

Code: Select all

[WARNG] Failed to parse the schedule Md5 return for stationId 52681 (WJHGDT2) on 2018-11-07 and after.
Basically the return for the station's schedule was empty/null. You will need to open a ticket with Schedules Direct to find out what is wrong. There is a possibility that it will clear itself on the next sync by Schedules Direct with Gracenote, but no need to wait and see. They (rkulagow) is usually pretty quick in responding and fixing the issue.
