Unhandled exception caught from epg123Client.exe

Hello Everyone -

I am new to EPG123 and trying to get it integrated to Emby for combining 2 different lineups. The problem I am running in to is I cant get the Client software to load. I click on it, and it just does nothing.

Looking at the log files, it is throwing a Value cannot be null. Parameter name: input

I have searched for this, and cant seem to find a resolution. Any ideas?

I haven't seen this error before. Couple questions:

1) Do you have WMC installed on that computer?
2) If you open the client, what does it show?

BTW: You don't need to enable the custom lineup ... it is exactly the same as the HDHomeRun Premium TV - West (National) lineup from SD. You should just disable (Exclude) the custom lineup.

Okay, I'll take some blame on this one. I had set the task default to automatically import the MXF file into WMC if the epg123Client.exe file existed (was installed). It is important to check whether WMC exists on the machine to determine that as well.

Delete your current scheduled task and create a new one. In the configuration GUI, make sure the "Automatically import..." option is not selected. DO NOT create the task in the client ... you can only be a client if WMC is installed. EPG123 will still create the XMLTV file (and it actually succeeded on your previous runs), but in order to get rid of the error, you need to stop trying to import the MXF file into WMC which is not installed.
