Problems Adding New Flac Albums

I have a large FLAC collection set up in W7MC (750+ CD's) and using the 360 as an extender. The issue I have is when I add a new CD to the PC it shows fine in W7MC and WMP but shows as Unknown in the extender. I have to remove the extender add it again and rebuild the library then the recently added items show properly.

You can imagine how long this takes for all the art work and proper tags to show again with that many FLAC files in a library.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong when adding new CD's?
