EPG123 Client not opening

The problem I am having is that the EPG123 Client will not open. I
have tried reinstalling and even reverting to older versions. This
started when I updated to the latest version of Windows 10 Pro. Even
after going back to the previous version of Win 10 EPG123 Client will
not open. WMC is installed
