Ceton PCIe and network tuner

#1

I am doing something that I guess is overly complex, trying to setup a Ceton InfiniTV 4 in a brand new Ryzen 7950x rack mount unit. Will have Windows 2022 Server installed and Hyper-V. Long story short, I have been able to get it working with a virtual of Windows 7 as a network tuner. Everything Ceton says that you can't do network tuners. But then you see things like this I haven't fully absorbed.

That said, DRM aside assuming I use the right version of Windows 10 and lock it from updates, is there a way to use the Ceton as a network tuner? Maybe even if this is possible on Windows 8.1 would be helpful.

Thanks.
