Tuners not found

I recently had to upgrade to a new Windows 11 computer (the hard drive in my eight year old Windows 7 completely died). I have version 21H2 with OS build 22000856. I downloaded WMC but it will not detect my HD Homerun Prime tuners.
The tuners work. I am forced to use the HD Homerun Prime application right now. I just set up NextPVR and that works.
What could be the problem with WMC? I have searched through many different threads and tried a few things but to no success. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

CableCard won't work in newer versions of Win10.
None since 2015, actually.

Not sure if that would effect you or not?
To get a 2015 version of 10 to recognize the Prime, I had to use this driver.
The latest drivers won't work.
Just Google up a link for it:

hdhomerun_windows_20150826.exe

Btw, what version of WMC did you install?
For me, only V12 would work for 2015 & Prime & Cablecard.

V8's and V13 and Garyan2's.... none of those would work.

I plan to do a writeup in the future...
Would have already done it but I killed my motherboard just when I finally made progress.
And.... USPS seems to have lost the replacement mobo.

I was trying to use version 8.
So basically I won't be able to use WMC like I had hoped on Windows 11? I would have to roll it back to Windows 7 for it to really work right.

Thanks.
