I lost a channel
This seems to happen yearly where channels change the RF signal and I have to go through all kinds of steps to get them back. It's very frustrating and I struggle to find the information I really need to combat this issue. I use EPG123 for my guide, and have followed the set up over and over. I'm not sure if this is the correct category for this topic, but here goes.
My current issue:
I lost all of the Channel 5's in my area (56074 zip code). Too many to list, but here are the important ones:
5.1 KSTP - ABC Affiliate from Minneapolis RF 30
5.2 45TV RF 19
I can get 5.1 with my TV tuner built into my TV, but WMC refuses to recognize it. I'd like to be able to watch Monday Night Football tomorrow (will be on 5.1), so I'm hoping someone out there can help me figure this issue out.

Try to add it manually. It may be low signal. https://garyan2.github.io/addchannels.html
Try to just add 5.1 on physical channel 30 and see if WMC can then tune/display it.

I have tried that. Also tried deleting the channels and re-adding them... Weak signal could be the issue, but I find it odd that the TV can pick it up but the HTPC can't.

Even if you manually add the channel, is it not available in the guide? If it is available, what does it say when you try to tune to it?
Click the undelete button right next to the channel add button. Is 5.1 there?

Oh, I'll try using the EPG way. I have been using the WMC way. Thanks for the tip!
Also, I think 5.2 45TV has changed RF stations, I can't find that one with my TV either, and sadly I can't find the RF number as easily with my new Sony TV.

Okay, so I tried again with no success. Sadly I'm not nearly as much software of a person as most of the people I read on here, so I'm gonna dummy this down to my level with pictures.

Here's my Configuration:
^By the way, this is almost perfect... If there was a way I could just use this to set my WMC channels, I'd be a very happy person. There are a few errors in here, but not many.

Here's a picture of the info I can get directly from my TV

That looks good for RF 30, but looks like it may have moved. According to Wikipedia, it may be on RF 35. Try that.
EDIT: Rabbitears says it should be RF 35 as well.

I think I see where you are getting the 35 for the RF channel. 35 is the direct from St. Paul, MN, and it's a solid 75 miles away from me as the crow flies. RF 30 still shows as the signal from the Godhal Tower that I pull from, but I don't believe that to be the correct frequency.
I've tried 30, 35, and 14 on WMC, no luck with any of them.
I guess I need to figure out how to find frequency with my new Sony TV, or try to hook up my old LG and use it as a signal finder.

I finally figured it out! The KSTP moved to RF 14 and 24. I'm not sure why I wasn't able to get 14 to work last night, but it's working now, and in time for me to DVR the Monday night Football game!
I had to hook up my old LG 1080p TV and use it's built in tuner to decipher what RF the channels were using.
RF 14 (St. James)
RF 24 (Redwood Falls?)
