Cannot keep new channel/station in WMC

Never had to do this, so it's a head scratcher.
I can add the new channel in WMC, but as soon as I update EPG, it disappears.
I see it in the left box of the client, but not in the right.

If you have "Automatch" checked/enabled, then any channel that is not associated with guide data (like this channel) will be disabled.

This can be fixed by contacting Schedules Direct (SD) and asking them to add the channel to the lineup (as you can see, it is not listed in the lineup in the right panel).

If you still want to have the channel "enabled" until they are able to add it to the lineup (and add the guide data for it), you can either turn off "Automatch" (not recommended) or assign the channel to "dummy" guide data. This is a special lineup/channel that you can assign to any channel that does not have an entry in the lineup from SD. When SD DOES put that channel in the lineup (with guide data) it will replace your dummy entry with the corrected information, so you will not have to do anything once the lineup is corrected on the SD server. Read about it here.

Many thanks; I have assigned the channel to the dummy and created a ticket with SD.
