d00zah was pretty straightforward with his help but you failed to give him the details he needed to continue helping you. Here are some ELI5 instructions. ;)
  1. Go into Windows 7 and stay away from Windows 11 (It's unclear whether you're booting or using a VM)
  2. Come back to this website using a browser in Windows 7
  3. Download the .NET 4.8 installer to your Windows 7 desktop from this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/top ... 3c3e7495e0
  4. Run the installer from your Windows 7 desktop
  5. Reboot and go back into Windows 7 and try to run YouTubeWMC
It looks like you have the correct .NET version in Windows 11. These instructions will force 4.8 into Windows 7.

I'm going with d00zah on this.
  • "Man, you don't like providing any detail up front, do you?"
  • "What about the link instructions didn't work?"
  • "Work w/ me here..."
"Tried it and it didn't work" really limits anyone from providing useful help. d00zah and I have tried to help but you're very stingy with any useful feedback.

I have decided to move from windows 7 to 10 and got Media Center on it, when I booted up YouTubeWMC, it still won’t work, I am literally using the latest windows version(well, maybe second latest) and it won’t work.

You've still provided almost no usable details in order for anyone to provide assistance. :wtf:

Good luck in your future endeavors!
