BLack screen but has audio with Win 8 WMC and Infini TV 6 eth

Hi all,
I am trying to troubleshoot an issue with my Infini TV 6 ETH. I have comcast basic digital service. So just local channels. I am running Windows 8 w/ WMC on a Lenovo.
Randomly I will have a channel go black, but I get audio. I dont get a no signal screen just a black screen. I tend to watch Recorded TV vs live so we usually find this after the fact.
We have talked with Comcast on occasions when we have seen the issue live. The ceton diagnostics say its reveiving a signal. If I restart WMC it sometimes corrects it self. Othertimes I need to restart the PC.
I have added a powered cable signal amplifier but we still get the random black screen. The black screen will last the whole time of the show.

OS Windows 8 w/ Media Center
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 720
Graphics connection : DisplayPort™ 1.2
Unit is only used as a DVR and online video streaming
I have msg'd the ceton ticket system way back when but was told its a Comcast signal issue. Comcast says its a Ceton Hardware issue. Also today I saw the ceton site is no longer working.
So any ideas would be helpful.
