Your phone probably has this pre-installed. I just read an article about the phone.

Google this: "LG Partners With McAfee to Bring Anti-Theft Feature to LG G3"

Probably need to disable something that is blocking.

How about it might be something installed on the phone? Maybe something like Avast?

i like more than this phone htc m8 if you need good solid phone.,, but this has just awesome display....
