iOS8 has broken the app

Discuss My Media Center for Windows 8, Windows RT, iOS, Android, and WP, and ask Ceton for support.

iOS8 has broken the app

My media center app is broken after updating to iOS8 it just hangs when trying to connect and never connects... When is an update coming out?

Not having this problem here with a 5c running iOS8. Connects right away (although the connection notification box on the initial screen is blank).

What device are you using, and have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? We have tested on iOS8 and not seen a problem.

I am having problems with the My MC app for ipad with ios 8.0 I can't move the guide up or down it do work sometimes. But it don't work all the time. Will the Ceton My Media Center app be updated for iOS 8.0 soon? :D

Please provide your device model and carrier. Also make sure your PC is running the latest My Media Center service version. Our testing has not shown any issues with the app on iOS8, so we need additional information to investigate.

Updating to the latest PC app fixed my issue. It now works but I get a blank connection box at startup. Any dialog that needs a pop up on my iOS 8 iPad or i5 phone is blank.
