We are aware. We do not consider ART a supported platform at this time as it is in beta. There is at least on bug in ART which causes this - I believe the next ART build correct this bug.

That is correct, ART itself causes the issue: https://code.google.com/p/android/issue ... l?id=63929 is the bug, which has already been fixed and is awaiting release. ART itself is only nexus 5 currently as well and is only encouraged by google themselves for developers really.
